Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, participating in transformation projects within the consumer industry.
Previous experience as a manager or team leader in Order to Cash projects.
Deep knowledge of O2C processes: order management, invoicing, billing, credit and collections, as well as customer service operations.
Experience in the Consumer Goods sub-industry and understanding of its operating models and business challenges.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, perform mentoring, and performance monitoring.
Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms (SAP SD, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Service Cloud, or other similar solutions).
Fluent English level, essential for the management of international projects and clients.
It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.

We are looking for a Manager to join the Industry & Enterprise team within Consulting, focused on the Products industry, with solid experience leading Order to Cash projects, especially in the Consumer Goods sub-industry. The role will have a key component of team leadership, client management, and the definition of end-to-end solutions in complex transformation environments.

What you'll do

Lead transformation projects in Order to Cash processes for clients in the Consumer Goods sector, ensuring delivery quality and the achievement of objectives.
Manage multidisciplinary consulting teams, coordinating analysts, consultants, and senior profiles in national and international environments.
Act as the primary interlocutor with the client, participating in roadmap definition, project governance, and key decision-making.
Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in pre-sales processes.
