HV/MV Substation Project Manager (Madrid, Bilbao, Zaragoza)

We are looking for a Manager for the design and management of High and Medium Voltage substation engineering projects, who will join the T&D Substations team of the Generation and Networks Unit at BOSLAN to carry out activities such as:

- Direct liaison with clients on assigned projects, ensuring fluid and effective communication.
- Supervision of progress and comprehensive control of planning, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordination of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the correct execution of projects.
- Provision of technical support to the client throughout all design and development phases of the projects.
- Preparation of detailed engineering for HV/MV electrical substations (Single-line diagrams, Layouts, Sections, BOQ, etc.).
- Budgetary control, cost monitoring, and management of invoicing associated with ongoing projects.
- Critical evaluation and validation of the engineering documentation generated, ensuring its conformity with technical and contractual requirements.
- Preparation and review of tender specifications and technical specifications for the procurement of main HV/MV substation equipment, ensuring their suitability to quality and reliability standards.

The position may be carried out in a hybrid manner at any of the following locations: Madrid, Bilbao or Zaragoza.

• Engineering Degree/Technical Engineering qualification in the electrical specialty

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HV/MV electrical substation projects.

• Knowledge of Spanish electrical regulations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D at an advanced user level.

• Knowledge and experience in BIM (Revit, Navisworks) and ProjectWise Engineer

• English: B2 level or higher.

Valuable knowledge:
- Knowledge of IBERDROLA systems, regulations, and substation design criteria.

Buscmos un/a Responsable de diseño y gestión de proyectos de Ingeniería de subestaciones de Alta y Media tensión, que se integrará en el equipo de trabajo de Subestaciones T&D de la Unidad de Generación y Redes de BOSLAN para la realización de actividades, tales como:

- Interlocución directa con los clientes en los proyectos asignados, asegurando una comunicación fluida y eficaz.
- Supervisión del progreso y control integral de la planificación, hitos y entregables, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos, estándares de calidad y requisitos normativos.
- Coordinación de equipo multidisciplinar para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos.
- Provisión de soporte técnico al cliente en todas las fases de diseño y desarrollo de los proyectos.
- Elaboración de ingeniería de detalle de subestaciones eléctricas AT/MT (Unifilares, Plantas, Secciones, BOQ, etc..).
- Control presupuestario, seguimiento de costes y gestión de la facturación asociada a los proyectos en curso.
- Evaluación crítica y validación de la documentación de ingeniería generada, asegurando su conformidad con los requisitos técnicos y contractuales.
- Elaboración y revisión de pliegos de condiciones y especificaciones técnicas para la adquisición de equipos principales de subestaciones AT/MT, garantizando su adecuación a los estándares de calidad y fiabilidad.

• Formación Ingeniería Técnica/Grado especialidad eléctrica

• Experiencia mínima de 6 años en proyectos de subestaciones eléctricas AT/MT.

• Conocimiento de normativa eléctrica española.

• Manejo de Autocad 2D nivel usuario avanzado.

• Conocimientos y experiencia en BIM (Revit, Navisworks) y ProjectWise Engineer

• Inglés nivel B2 o superior.

Conocimientos valorables:
- Conocimiento de sistemas, normativa y criterios de diseño de subestaciones de IBERDROLA.
