We are looking for a Manager specializing in Payments to lead the growth of our practice focused on Mid Market clients. The selected person will combine business development activities, offering definition, and project leadership, contributing to Accenture's positioning as a strategic partner in payments transformation and financial services.

• Identify, develop, and close commercial opportunities in the field of Payments for Mid Market clients, preparing value propositions, commercial offers, and growth strategies.
• Design and evolve the Payments offering, defining capabilities, use cases, solutions, and proposals aligned with market trends, digitalization, and innovation in payment methods.
• Lead transformation programs and projects in Payments, guaranteeing delivery quality, compliance with deadlines, costs, and scope.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary consulting teams, driving professional growth, operational excellence, and value generation for the client.
• Lead strategic consulting and transformation initiatives related to digital payments, acquiring, issuing, open banking, instant payments, wallets, and payment ecosystems.
• Define commercial plans oriented towards market opening and the acquisition of new accounts in the Mid Market segment.
• Build executive relationships with clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities and service expansion.
• Coordinate consulting teams during all project phases: diagnosis, strategy, functional design, implementation, and deployment.
• Supervise project profitability, risk management, and client satisfaction.
• Participate in the creation of assets, methodologies, and differential proposals to strengthen the Payments offering.
• Collaborate with international teams and other Accenture areas to drive transformation initiatives in the financial sector.

The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
