Requirements
What we're looking for
- Student of Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, or related degrees.
- Analytical capacity and critical thinking to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement from data and qualitative information.
- Ability to analyze, classify, and structure large volumes of information coming from texts, conversations, and other content, maintaining consistent categorization criteria.
- Attention to detail and the ability to detect discrepancies, errors, or unexpected behaviors in the results obtained.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.
- Advanced level of Excel for the analysis and processing of information.
- Organizational capacity, autonomy, and rigor in the execution of analytical tasks.
Nice to have
- Strong English proficiency is valued.
The role
- We love volunteering, but we prefer to be activists for change. How? By focusing our attention on young people at risk of social exclusion or fighting against climate change through actions such as forest reforestation in Madrid and in Doñana Park. In 2025, we completed more than 28,000 hours of activism.
- At Zurich, we say it loud and clear: we are proud of our colors and we believe that a diverse team makes the difference. Here, we don't talk about disability, we talk about ability. Being able to be yourself is our priority, with no closets standing between us and no glass ceilings. 50% of our leadership positions are held by women (including the Executive Committee). Did you know we produce our own podcasts on sexual identity? We are building a company where everyone is welcome.
What you'll do
You will be part of a team that is driving Artificial Intelligence projects in the Customer area. Your main mission will be to validate that the responses given to us by our AI models are what we expect. To achieve this:
- You will analyze discrepancies, detect opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with development teams so that the models better understand our needs over time.
- You will also be one of the people responsible for ensuring that everything continues to function as it should, identifying possible incidents and contributing to ensuring our solutions continue to provide value day after day.
- Additionally, you will join a team with a high analytical workload, so you will also provide support in performing specific analyses.
description
Hello!
I'm Leyre, the recruiter for this position. I love writing and reading horror stories, but what I enjoy most is a good family meal with the people I love most. If you like seventies and eighties music as much as I do, we'll definitely hit it off!
Maybe this is the tenth job posting you've read today, whether you're on the couch with Netflix in the background or in the middle of a career change... and they all start to look the same.
Let me be clear: at Zurich, we're not perfect, but we're pretty awesome! And if you want to know why, keep reading.
First of all, THANK YOU for taking an interest in our company. We know that searching for new opportunities can be a challenge, but... don't worry, everything comes in time!
Let's get straight to the point! I'll try to sum up our DNA in 2 points:
And you might be wondering: Leyre, what will my day-to-day be like wearing the blue shirt? I love that you ask me this question (I asked myself the same thing back in the day):
By now, you're probably wondering, "Do I fit in here?"
Don't worry, I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements. We believe you could be a good fit if:
Interested? We can't wait to meet you, but first you need to know...
- A collaboration agreement with the University and/or Business School of at least 6 months is required, with the possibility of extension.
- We never stop growing, and if this works out, we would love to have you on board!
- Part-time (5h/day from Monday to Friday).
- The location will be in our Madrid offices.
- This is a paid internship of €800.
- Plus, you'll have access to training, and much more!
Right now, you're either feeling that excitement like when a pair of pants fits perfectly, or you're thinking, "this isn't for me" (and if it's not, no worries—we'll cross paths again in the future). You can play matchmaker and share my contact with anyone you think might be a good fit.
If you've made it this far, THANK YOU for reading me. What did you think? Are we cool or not? If you felt butterflies in your stomach and think we're a good fit, send smoke signals—or your CV, if smoke isn't your thing.
And to wrap things up, do you want to know what other people at Zurich think? I'd say we're still ranked at the top in Top Employers Spain as our calling card, but I encourage you to check out our Glassdoor profile so they can tell you themselves. No tricks, no gimmicks.
I hope to meet you very soon.
