What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP consulting and digital transformation project management.
Minimum 3 years of experience performing roles as Delivery Lead, Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or equivalent positions leading SAP projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC in any of the SD, MM, PP, WM, or QM modules.
Experience in at least 2 full SAP implementation projects leading functional and/or delivery teams.
Demonstrable experience in client management, project planning, budget control, and risk management.
Experience in end-to-end integration between SAP SD, MM, PP, WM, and QM.
Minimum C1 English level for international professional environments.
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration (ADE), or equivalent degrees. Alternatively, 4 additional years of relevant professional experience will be accepted as an equivalent.

Nice to have

Minimum 1 year of experience in international multi-country programs.
SAP S/4HANA certification in any of the SD, MM, PP, WM, EWM, or QM modules.
Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or SAFe.
Experience leading SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations.
Experience in SAP EWM, TM, IBP, or advanced Supply Chain solutions.
Minimum 1 year of experience working under Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
Experience in managing globally distributed teams and coordinating multiple vendors.

We are looking for an SAP Consumer Goods Delivery Lead with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA environments to lead digital transformation programs, international rollouts, and end-to-end implementation projects. The selected person will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of SAP solutions aligned with our clients' business objectives in the areas of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Quality Management.

You will be part of large-scale projects working with leading companies from various sectors, driving the transformation of critical business processes through the adoption of advanced SAP S/4HANA capabilities. What you'll do

Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or evolution programs and projects, coordinating functional and technical teams distributed nationally and internationally.
Manage the definition of end-to-end solutions in the SAP SD, MM, PP, WM, and QM modules, ensuring integration between logistics, production, and commercial processes.
Supervise the complete project lifecycle, including functional design, planning, risk management, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post go-live stabilization.
Act as the primary interlocutor with clients, business owners, and technology teams to ensure compliance with scope, quality, budget, and committed deadlines.
Lead the delivery strategy for complex SAP programs, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Manage multidisciplinary teams of SAP consultants, architects, and technical specialists, promoting excellence in execution and talent development.
Define and validate SAP S/4HANA functional architectures related to Sales and Distribution (SD), Purchasing and Procurement (MM), Production (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and Quality (QM) processes.
Supervise the integration of SAP with corporate ecosystems, satellite applications, and complementary digital solutions.
Manage risks, dependencies, planning, executive reporting, and program governance using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Guarantee the quality of functional and technical deliverables, as well as compliance with corporate standards and SAP best practices.

The position is performed in any location in Spain under a hybrid working model, working some days from home and others in the office, where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.
