What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PM or SAP EAM.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Minimum 3 years performing team leadership or delivery management roles in SAP environments.
- Experience in at least 2 SAP implementation or rollout projects with responsibility for team coordination and deliverables.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in integration with SAP MM, FI, or PP modules.
- Experience managing communication with business stakeholders and management levels.
- Minimum English level of B2 in professional conversation.
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications. Alternatively, a minimum of 4 additional years of experience in SAP PM/EAM.

We are looking for an SAP EAM/PM Delivery Lead with experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating the integral delivery of solutions, and acting as a functional and strategic point of reference for the client.
The position combines responsibilities of executive project leadership, team management, and supervision of the execution of implementation and rollout initiatives in complex and international environments.
What you'll do
- Lead the definition, planning, and execution of SAP EAM/PM programs on SAP S/4HANA, guaranteeing compliance with scope, quality, budget, and deadlines.
- Coordinate functional, technical, and business teams in implementation, transformation, and international rollout projects of asset management and maintenance processes.
- Supervise the design of SAP PM/EAM solutions, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives and industry best practices.
- Manage the relationship with executive stakeholders and key users, driving solution adoption and maximizing the business value obtained.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery strategy for SAP EAM/PM solutions in large-scale SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams in consulting, development, testing, and support, fostering technical excellence and the professional growth of its members.
- Act as the primary interlocutor for the client regarding roadmap definition, prioritization of initiatives, and strategic decision-making.
- Guarantee the correct integration of SAP PM/EAM with SAP MM, FI, PP modules, and other corporate solutions.
- Supervise estimation, planning, risk management, executive reporting, and financial monitoring activities of the project.
- Drive agile methodologies and scalable delivery models that allow for maximizing operational efficiency and solution quality.
- Promote innovation through the use of automation, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence applied to maintenance and asset management processes.

The role is performed in any location in Spain (mainly Madrid and Barcelona) under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others in the office, where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.
