SAP BRIM Consultant - EY Spain - Hybrid

We are looking to hire an SAP BRIM Consultant.

The opportunity

We are looking to hire an SAP BRIM Consultant to join our AMS SAP area (Support and Maintenance Services).

As a member of our team, you will perform the functions of a consultant for an international client:

• Direct communication with the client
• Resolution of Corrective Support requests in a timely manner
• Monitoring and documentation of AM tickets
• Estimation, design, and execution of Enhancements
• Participation in Projects in the SAP BRIM area. Gathering requirements, construction, testing, training, and go-live
• Contact with client department heads, understanding their business and adapting the tool's (SAP) functionalities to their processes, needs, and specific circumstances

• At least 4 years of experience as an SAP consultant in the BRIM module
• Knowledge of SAP SD and/or SAP FI-AR
• Experience in implementation projects and/or RollOuts
• Experience in maintenance and enhancements
• Highly Valued: SAP Certification
• A great sense of humor
• Valuable knowledge of German or another European language

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Demonstrable professional experience in the technology, process, and systems consulting sector.
• Experience in Support and Maintenance Services.
• Strong communication skills: client-oriented, ability to provide training,...
• Experience with non-SAP tools: ticketing tools, tools for task management, planning, and organization.
• Ability to document and create deliverables for AM Services and Projects (Functional Documents, Manuals,...).
• Ability to execute tasks while meeting deadlines: SLAs
• Ability to identify risks, communicate them to management, and propose action plans.
• Experience in SAP BRIM. Knowledge of SAP SD and/or SAP FI-AR is highly desirable.
• High level of Spanish and English.
• Creative, flexible, and innovative person, with leadership skills.
• Proactivity.

Buscamos incorporar un Consultor SAP BRIM, para incorporarse dentro de nuestro área AMS SAP (Servicios de Soporte y Mantenimiento).

Como miembro de nuestro equipo, tendrás que realizar las funciones de consultor para un cliente internacional:

• Interlocución directa con cliente
• Resolución en tiempo y forma de peticiones de Soporte Correctivo
• Seguimiento y documentación de tickets AM
• Estimación, Diseño y ejecución de Evolutivos
• Participación en Proyectos en el área SAP BRIM. Toma de requerimientos, construcción, testing, formación y puesta en producción
• Contacto con los responsables departamentales de cliente, entendiendo su negocio y adaptando las funcionalidades de la herramienta (SAP) a sus procesos, necesidades y casuística particular

• Experiencia de al menos 4 años como consultor de SAP en el módulo de BRIM
• Conocimientos de SAP SD y/o SAP FI-AR
• Experiencia realizando proyectos de implementaciones y/o RollOuts
• Experiencia realizando mantenimiento y evolutivos
• Muy Valorable: Certificación en SAP
• Gran sentido del humor
• Valorable dominio del alemán u otro idioma europeo

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experiencia laboral demostrable en el sector de consultoría tecnológica, de procesos y sistemas.
• Experiencia en Servicios de Soporte y Mantenimiento de Sistemas.
• Buenas habilidades comunicativas: orientado al cliente, capacidad para impartir formación,...
• Experiencia con uso de herramientas ajenas a SAP: herramientas de ticketing, herramientas para gestión, organización y planificación de tareas.
• Capacidad de Documentar y elaborar Entregables de Servicios AM y Proyectos (Documentos Funcionales, Manuales,...).
• Capacidad para ejecutar tareas cumpliendo con fechas de compromiso: SLAs
• Capacidad para detectar riesgos, identificarlos, comunicarlos a la dirección de proyecto para proponer planes de acción.
• Experiencia en SAP BRIM. Muy deseable tener conocimiento en SAP SD y/o SAP FI-AR.
• Nivel alto de español e inglés.
• Persona creativa, flexible e innovadora, con liderazgo.
• Proactividad.
