It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.

What will you do?

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in strategic transformation projects related to at least one of the following areas: Workforce Strategy, Talent Transformation, Skills Transformation, Learning Transformation, Organizational Design, Operating Model Transformation, HR Transformation, or Enterprise Change.
• Minimum 6 years of experience participating in organizational and people transformation programs in complex corporate environments.
• Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing organizational and operating models.
• Experience in developing business cases, defining transformation strategies, and designing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Experience translating business challenges and workforce challenges into organizational transformation solutions.
• English level C1 (oral and written).
• University master's degree in Human Resources, Business Organization, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Professional experience using generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to work environments and business transformation.

Strategy Manager – Workforce & Organizational Transformation

• Lead strategic transformation workstreams focused on Workforce Strategy, Talent & Skills Transformation, Learning Transformation, Organizational Design, and Operating Model Transformation.
• Design and implement organizational and operating models aligned with strategic business priorities, including organizational analysis, structure definition, capability models, and governance frameworks.
• Use data analysis methodologies, digital tools, and AI-driven initiatives to identify opportunities for improving productivity, organizational effectiveness, and capability development.
• Collaborate with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and executive stakeholders to solve complex challenges related to people, organization, and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define organizational transformation strategies aligned with business objectives and the future needs of the workforce.
• Lead organizational analyses, capability assessments, organizational structure design, and operating model evolution.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans for Workforce & Organizational Transformation initiatives.
• Drive business development activities, prepare commercial proposals, define go-to-market strategies, and support the growth of the consulting practice in Iberia.
• Manage stakeholders at different organizational levels, facilitating change adoption and the sustainability of transformation initiatives.
• Apply data-driven approaches, analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve decision-making and accelerate the execution of transformation programs.

Essential requirements

The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
