Network Technician

• Job Description

  We are looking to bring on board a Level 2 Network Technician with experience in corporate environments, focused on the management, configuration, and support of network infrastructures, who will participate in technology projects for international clients.

  Responsibilities

  • Configuration, administration, and maintenance of corporate networks based on TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching technologies in enterprise environments.

  • Management, configuration, and support of FortiGate firewalls, including security policies, site-to-site VPNs, and remote access.

  • Administration of Aruba switching infrastructure and access management through Aruba ClearPass (NAC).

  • Proactive network monitoring, analysis, and resolution of level 1 and 2 incidents, as well as technical support for clients in English.

  Responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper operation and availability of network infrastructures, ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.

  • Implement and maintain configurations on Fortinet and Aruba network devices, following best practices and defined procedures.

  • Manage incidents, requests, and changes related to the network, documenting actions taken and preparing technical reports.

  • Collaborate with other technical teams in multidisciplinary environments and provide support to international clients, maintaining fluent technical communication in English.

  Location and Work Model The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, spending some days working from home and others at the office, where you can create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
  It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit for Spain.

• Job Qualifications

  Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within corporate environments.

  • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networks, VLANs, routing, and switching.

  • Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls and Aruba switching.

  • Knowledge of Aruba ClearPass for network access control (NAC).

  • Upper-intermediate level of English for technical interaction with clients.

  • Ability to work in a team, autonomy, and a problem-solving mindset.

  Nice to have

  • CCNA certification or equivalent.

  • Experience in cybersecurity environments.

  • Knowledge of corporate WiFi networks.

  • Experience with network monitoring tools.

  En Accenture Technology impulsamos la transformación digital de nuestros clientes a través de soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras, escalables y seguras.   Buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Redes Nivel 2 con experiencia en entornos corporativos, orientado/a a la gestión, configuración y soporte de infraestructuras de red, que participe en proyectos tecnológicos para clientes de ámbito internacional.

  Funciones a realizar

  • Configuración, administración y mantenimiento de redes corporativas basadas en tecnologías TCP/IP, VLANs, routing y switching en entornos empresariales.

  • Gestión, configuración y soporte de firewalls FortiGate, incluyendo políticas de seguridad, VPNs site-to-site y acceso remoto.

  • Administración de infraestructura de switching Aruba y gestión de accesos mediante Aruba ClearPass (NAC).

  • Monitorización proactiva de la red, análisis y resolución de incidencias de nivel 1 y 2, así como soporte técnico a clientes en inglés.

  Responsabilidades

  • Garantizar la correcta operación y disponibilidad de las infraestructuras de red, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y calidad.

  • Implementar y mantener configuraciones en dispositivos de red Fortinet y Aruba, siguiendo buenas prácticas y procedimientos definidos.

  • Gestionar incidencias, peticiones y cambios relacionados con la red, documentando las actuaciones realizadas y elaborando reportes técnicos.

  • Colaborar con otros equipos técnicos en entornos multidisciplinares y dar soporte a clientes internacionales, manteniendo una comunicación técnica fluida en inglés.

  Ubicación y modalidad El puesto se desempeña en Madrid en un modelo de trabajo híbrido realizando algunos días desde tu casa y otros en la oficina donde podrás crear interesantes sinergias con el resto de tu equipo.
  Es imprescindible residir en España y tener permiso laboral en España.
