The role

Mission:
To provide operational and technical support to the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) area, collaborating in the maintenance and improvement of the company's technological systems.

Basic installation and configuration of computer equipment, applications, and peripherals.
Updating and maintaining the technological inventory and technical documentation (CMDB).
Support in ICT projects, including deployments, testing, and monitoring.
