We are looking for a person to participate in the Machine Learning and Data Science developments of the Innovation department.

What you'll do

Statistical processing and analysis of data to obtain relevant insights, identify patterns and trends, and support strategic and operational decision-making based on data.
Development, training, and validation of Machine Learning models, including classification, regression, clustering, and neural network techniques, applied to real business problems and process optimization.
Design and implementation of algorithms based on Reinforcement Learning for the automation, optimization, and continuous improvement of complex processes and decision-making systems.
Modeling and simulation of processes using programming tools and languages such as Python, Matlab, or other similar technologies, oriented towards analysis, evaluation, and improvement of operational performance.
Preparation of statistical and analytical studies oriented towards the business and the analysis of process variables, contributing to the identification of opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Participation in advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation projects, collaborating on the development and implementation of innovative solutions with an impact on different areas of the organization.
Generation of visualizations and technical and executive reports for the clear and effective communication of results, conclusions, and recommendations derived from data analysis.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in the definition, testing, validation, and continuous improvement of innovative digital solutions, working in a coordinated manner with technical and business profiles.
