Acciona, in its construction business line, needs to hire a Purchasing Assistant for an important building project.

Mission:
Collaborate and support the projects carried out by their unit/department, according to the guidelines given by their supervisor, in order to execute the tasks delegated to them to satisfy the needs of the internal client.

Sub-function responsible for all those tasks associated with the procurement of goods and services for all commercial processes applicable to the organization, including supply activities, supplier selection, price negotiations, and order processing.

What you'll do

Integrated into the project's Purchasing team, the following tasks will be carried out:

  • Coordinate the execution of purchase requisitions with their associated documentation.
  • Launch tenders through Procur-e.
  • Follow up with companies to ensure they submit bids through Procur-e as well.
  • Close the awarding process through Procur-e.
  • Manage and update the files for each project's purchasing in the ACC system.
  • Feed the database of contractors and keep it up to date so that all contractors that appear "are contractable."
  • Ensure that the comparison spreadsheet (Excel) is not manipulated and is correct, and that everyone uses that format.
  • Identify, together with those responsible for the works, the needs for purchases so that they are reflected in the purchasing plan.
