We are looking for an enthusiastic person for the management, planning, analysis, and financial control of the different projects in the construction department.

What you'll do

Cost and Budget Control: Supervision of Budgets and cost analysis of the different projects in the Construction department to compare actual expenses against budgeted ones, check existing deviations, and enable decision-making as soon as possible.
Financial Management: Plan, Organize, and Control the department's economic resources to maximize profitability.
Planning and Control of Deadlines and Risks: Management of changes in projects (Change orders, modifications, addenda, etc.), as well as identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Profitability Analysis: Financial Control for the effective evaluation of margin control in the department's projects (Sales, Gross Margin, EBITDA, and BAI)
Financial Reporting (Dashboard): A set of processes, documents, and periodic data through the preparation of reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to obtain a snapshot of the projects. The aim is to facilitate decision-making.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Effective collaboration and communication between different areas of the organization to optimize resources and avoid duplication. Facilitate communication between our site personnel and the different departments of the organization.
