Acciona, in its construction business line, is seeking to hire 3 Facilities Production Managers for a major Data Center construction project in Zaragoza.
Mission:
Execute the assigned parts of the project within their unit/department, according to established procedures, in order to facilitate compliance with established deadlines and coordinate the necessary resources (human and material), promoting the contribution of significant improvements to the project.
They are responsible for the execution of construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure that construction works are carried out within the deadline, according to specifications, and within the established cost. Among their most common functions are: Managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses, preparing budget estimates, planning and setting construction phases, supervising the activities of subcontractors and subordinate or labor personnel, verifying progress made and the quality of work during all project phases, representing the company on relevant matters, etc.
Integrated into the Facilities Production team, they will be responsible for coordinating works, controlling costs and schedules, and managing their economic aspects.
Requirements:
-Industrial Engineer
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions in construction projects.
