The role

What you'll do

Resolving technical and operational issues during the execution of works. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and installation teams.
Technical supervision and control of the correct execution of works in accordance with the project.
Economic management of the project: measurements, certifications, cost control, and deviations.
Preparation and monitoring of schedules and resource planning.
Coordination with the technical management team, the client, and all other parties involved.
Quality, safety, and compliance with current regulations.
Document management and preparation of project progress reports.
Participation in follow-up meetings with the client and project management.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager or Installations Technician.
Knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage electrical installations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Organizational, leadership and team management skills.
Driving license B.
Availability for occasional travel.
