The role

ACCIONA, in its Real Estate business line, is looking to bring on an intern to provide support in the accounting-consolidation area.

Support in the accounting-consolidation area with the aim of participating in the accounting, administrative, tax, corporate, and financial monitoring tasks of the real estate division.

What you'll do

Support in the control and accounting of invoices in SAP.
Collaborate in monitoring the receipt, control, and accounting of expenses.
Participate in the review, control, and accounting of taxes (IBI, TRU, IAE, and capital gains and other taxes related to real estate activity).
Participate in the department's own tasks related to treasury, accounting entries, asset management and depreciation, and preparation of accounting information for the audit, among others.
Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and reporting.
Support the monthly financial closing processes reported to the ACCIONA, S.A Group.
