Production Operator

It will be a plus if...

• You have previous experience in production or industrial environments.

• You have worked in sectors such as cosmetics, pharmacy, food, or chemical industry.

• You have experience with production lines, machinery, or equipment.

• You have performed weighing, manufacturing, packaging, or conditioning tasks.

• You know Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/BPF).

• You have worked with SAP or other production management systems.

• You have a Vocational Training (FP) degree related to manufacturing, chemistry, cosmetics, pharmacy, food, or industry.

Do you not have specific experience in cosmetics? It is not essential. We also want to know profiles with transferable experience or people with a good attitude, responsibility, and capacity to learn who want to develop themselves in production.

To continue accompanying our growth, we are looking to incorporate a Production Operator into our Operations team at our Cervelló (Barcelona) center.

We are looking for a responsible, dynamic, and versatile person, eager to learn and to be part of a production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are fundamental.

You will be part of the Production team and will participate in the different operations necessary for the manufacturing and packaging of our cosmetic products, working safely and efficiently and following established procedures.

Your objective will be to contribute to the fulfillment of the production plan, ensuring product quality, the correct use of materials, and the order, cleanliness, and hygiene of the work area.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Perform manufacturing and/or packaging operations of cosmetic products following work instructions and production orders.

• Prepare the raw materials, materials, equipment, and utensils necessary for each operation.

• Participate in tasks of handling, weighing, transferring, packaging, labeling, and boxing of product.

• Correctly complete the corresponding documentation and production records.

• Detect and communicate possible incidents, deviations, or anomalies related to the process, materials, or equipment.

• Maintain the workstation and work area in adequate conditions of order, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

• Work following our procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/BPF).

• Collaborate with the team and show versatility to participate in different operations according to production needs.

The position has a fixed shift:

Monday to Thursday: from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Friday: from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

The position is 100% on-site at our Cervelló (Barcelona) center.
