ACCIONA, in its Industrial Business line, is looking to incorporate a Project Manager for a project in the PV EPC area of Renewables in Guadalajara.
Mission: To lead the execution of a photovoltaic plant >100 MWp in Guadalajara, Spain, from the Ready to Build (RTB) phase through to final handover, ensuring compliance with the schedule, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability objectives established by the company.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all project activities in the field and the technical office, managing multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, mechanical), EPC contractors, and key stakeholders, under the highest standards of operational efficiency, technical innovation, and environmental commitment.
What you'll do
- Overall project management with schedule and cost objectives.
- Ongoing collaboration with the client, as well as the Engineering Department and support to the Engineering Department to find the best technical solutions.
- Collaboration with procurement for the awarding of supply contracts
- Support for contracting and monitoring the logistics of supplies and subcontracted services.
- Controlling progress to meet assigned deadlines.
- Preparing monthly payment certificates.
- Periodic reports.
- Ensuring the health and safety of all personnel under their charge, in compliance with the country's regulations.
- Commissioning (start-up).
- Monitoring and ensuring the project's cash flow.
- Full management of the project's HR.
- Goal-oriented towards meeting schedule and economic targets
