This position will play a key role in managing and improving the demand forecasts for our brands, collaborating closely with the Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure the best level of service to the market.
We are looking for a person with analytical capacity, business orientation, and a passion for continuous improvement, capable of succeeding in a dynamic environment where adaptability, resilience, and collaboration are fundamental.
You will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and updating demand forecasts for assigned markets (mainly at a national level), ensuring an optimal balance between product availability, production capacity, service level, and costs.
You will actively participate in the planning processes of a leading FMCG company, contributing to strategic decision-making that directly impacts the business.
What you'll do
Prepare, review, and publish demand forecasts for assigned markets.
Analyze daily sales, market trends, promotions, and deviations from the forecast.
Actively participate in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, leading periodic meetings with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
Monitor stockouts, inventory levels, and obsolescence.
Manage slow-moving materials and propose optimization actions.
Analyze production capacities and market needs to guarantee the best service level at the most efficient cost.
Collaborate with factories and internal teams to maximize the utilization of production resources.
Manage continuous changes in demand forecasts derived from promotions, launches, commercial campaigns, and business needs.
