• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions within Quality or Supplier Quality departments.

• Experience in supplier approval and evaluation processes.

• Knowledge in audit follow-up and corrective action management.

• Handling of technical documentation and document management platforms.

• Complementary training in quality audits, supplier approval, or quality management systems.

• Knowledge of food safety standards such as IFS, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, or similar.

• Specific training in Food Fraud or risk assessment in the supply chain.

• Intermediate level of English for managing technical documentation and communicating with suppliers.

• University degree in Food Science and Technology, Agri-food Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related degrees.

• Training related to quality management systems and food safety.

In our team, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Management Technician to provide support to the Technical area and actively participate in the approval processes for suppliers and materials, audit support, and the quality management of promotional items.

We are looking for an organized, analytical person oriented towards continuous improvement, with experience in quality environments and the ability to interact with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.

Guarantee the correct management of the approval processes for suppliers and materials (raw materials and packaging), audit support, and the validation of promotional items, contributing to compliance with quality standards, food safety, and corporate requirements.

• Manage the technical supplier information necessary for the approval processes.

• Administer supplier approvals through the Calidalia platform.

• Participate in conducting supplier audits.

• Define, coordinate, and supervise corrective actions derived from audits and evaluations.

• Manage the approval and validation of promotional items from a quality perspective.

• Provide support in the analysis and risk assessment activities associated with Food Fraud.

• Collaborate with the different areas of the company to guarantee compliance with established quality requirements.
