The role

From Adecco Tres Cantos, we are starting the search and recruitment of an administrative assistant to work in the engineering department of an important multinational in the engineering sector located in the Tres Cantos area.

What you'll do

The duties to be performed will be as follows:

-Administer internal tools: creation of projects, users, paternity leave, sick leave -Perform a liaison function between all engineering departments, collecting information and drafting reports for management

-Support to the Planning and Processes team in administrative tasks

-Act as a liaison between the Engineering and Management Control departments, both for the allocation of resources in the engineering department tools and for the recording of engineering hours in SAP.

-Collaborate in the settlement and maintenance of all engineering tools.
