What you'll do

  • Provide support to the HSE team in the implementation and monitoring of Safety, Health, and Environment standards at the plant.
  • Collaborate in identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in prevention, industrial safety, and the environment.
  • Participate in conducting and updating risk assessments, procedures, and safe work instructions.
  • Support the investigation and follow-up of incidents, accidents, and near misses, contributing to cause analysis and the definition of preventive actions.
  • Collaborate in organizing training sessions, awareness campaigns, and activities to promote safety and environmental consciousness.
  • Monitor HSE indicators, preparing reports, records, and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in internal audits, safety inspections, and observations to verify compliance with established standards.

  • Collaborate on continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening the safety culture and reducing the environmental impact of operations.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Human Resources teams to drive HSE initiatives.

What we're looking for
