What you'll do

Provide support to the HSE team in the implementation and monitoring of Safety, Health, and Environment standards at the plant.
Collaborate in identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in prevention, industrial safety, and the environment.
Participate in conducting and updating risk assessments, procedures, and safe work instructions.
Support the investigation and follow-up of incidents, accidents, and near misses, contributing to cause analysis and the definition of preventive actions.
Collaborate in organizing training sessions, awareness campaigns, and activities to promote safety and environmental consciousness.
Monitor HSE indicators, preparing reports, records, and supporting documentation.
Participate in internal audits, safety inspections, and observations to verify compliance with established standards.
Provide support in managing legal documentation and compliance requirements related to safety, health, and the environment.
Collaborate on continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening the safety culture and reducing the environmental impact of operations.
Work cross-functionally with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Human Resources teams to drive HSE initiatives.

About you

You can join starting October 2026 and work a 7-hour shift for a minimum of 6 months.
It is necessary to have an active internship agreement with your university in order to carry out the internship at Danone.

Regarding the profile, we are looking for someone...

You have completed a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or similar technical degrees oriented towards production and industrial environments.
You have started a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
You have strong communication and analytical skills.
You have a strong command of English (minimum B2).
And above all... you are eager to learn in a multinational company like Danone 🙂
