The role

From Adecco, we are looking to bring on an Accounting Administrative Assistant to provide support for the administrative and financial management of a business in the leisure and hospitality sector (karaoke and bar/restaurant).

This is a flexible position, ideal for professionals looking to combine it with other projects or a reduced working day.

What you'll do

Control of merchandise inflows and outflows (beverages, food, etc.)
Supervision and management of stock at two locations
Verification of correspondence between inventory and invoicing
Cash reconciliation using computer systems
Preparation and review of balances (kitchen and beverages)
Basic VAT management and tax documentation
Coordination with the external management firm and resolution of issues
Preparation and submission of accounting documentation
Control of internal accounting by product
Filing and document organization

Requirements

Experience in hospitality (essential)
Basic knowledge of accounting and administration
Proficiency with management software tools
Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail
Ability to work independently
