At Adecco, we are recruiting a Bilingual Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join a technology company in the home automation sector, with more than 500 professionals and an international presence.

You will be part of a dynamic, high-performing team with a great atmosphere, where you can grow in a modern, international, and collaborative environment.

What you'll do

Your main duties

Coordinate corporate travel: flights, hotels, last-minute changes—constant action!
Assist international customers by phone, email, and in person.
Accompany visitors on facility tours.
Provide administrative support for the department.
Resolve issues with empathy and precision (yes, sometimes you have to change a flight within minutes!).

Requirements

University education: Business Administration, Tourism, International Trade, or similar.

English C1 or above (if you are bilingual, we love that!).

A second language is highly valued: French, German, Italian. Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.

Strong planning and organizational skills, with meticulous follow-up on tasks.

Results-oriented mindset to exceed established goals.

Previous experience in similar roles (highly valued).
