The role

At Adecco, we are looking for a Sales Technician to work with a client in the Industrial and Stage Lifting Sector in San Sebastián De Los Reyes.

Position Mission

What you'll do

Reporting directly to the General Management of Iberia, you will be responsible for prospecting, business development and client portfolio retention (industrial supply distributors, overhead crane engineering firms and installers).

Main Functions

B2B Sales Management: Acquiring and retaining accounts in the assigned territory (Spain and Portugal).

Technical Advisory: Identifying customer needs and configuring the optimal solution using our online hoist configurator.

Full Sales Cycle: Preparing economic proposals, tracking quotes, negotiating and closing contracts.

Training and Support: Coordination with the central Liftkademie to provide basic after-sales support and technical training to partners.

Reporting: Recording commercial activity, opportunities and sales forecasts in the corporate ERP/CRM system.

How you'll work

Contract type: 4 months through Adecco + permanent contract with the company.

Schedule: Mon-Thu 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM - Fri 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Contract: 4 months + incorporation into the company's permanent staff
