Would you like to join one of the leading producers of rainbow trout embryos in Europe?

From Adecco Selección, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a leading company in its sector, located in Fonteo (Lugo). The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing maintenance activities across the different facilities.

We are looking for a profile with organisational skills, technical knowledge, operational leadership and a willingness to get involved in day-to-day operations, providing solutions and improvements proactively.

What will your mission be?

You will be the person responsible for coordinating maintenance across the three production farms, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment.

Your role will combine organisation and hands-on work. We want someone capable of planning, setting priorities and coordinating maintenance teams, but also of getting directly involved in interventions when necessary.

Your main duties will be:

  • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across the company's three farms.
  • Organise and support the existing technical team at the different sites.
  • Carry out repairs and interventions directly when necessary.
  • Supervise the general condition of equipment, machinery and facilities.
  • Detect issues, analyse causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Manage materials, spare parts and resources required for maintenance.
  • Carry out periodic inspections and risk analyses.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems and critical installations.
  • Coordinate with the different departments to ensure production continuity.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of electricity, especially electrical panels and industrial installations.

  • Driving licence and availability to travel between the company's different farms.
