The role

What you'll do

Review and repair small imperfections in precast concrete pieces.
Apply repair mortars and perform surface finishes.
Sanding, polishing, and cleaning of the pieces according to quality standards.
Visual verification of the finished product before shipment.
Handling of manual and electric tools specific to the position.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
Compliance with quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention standards.

Requirements

Experience in repairing or finishing precast concrete, masonry, or construction will be valued.

Skill in handling hand tools.

Attention to detail and quality orientation.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Commitment, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

Knowledge of welding and formwork will be valued, as well as a willingness to learn.

Vehicle to commute to the workplace.
