Responsibilities Prepare and dose materials for the production of concrete mixes according to work instructions. Operate and supervise the operation of the concrete mixer, ensuring the correct mixing process. Support pouring, leveling, and basic finishing, guaranteeing the correct execution of the work. Verify the condition of tools, equipment, and work areas, reporting incidents or maintenance needs. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the workstation, complying with safety and prevention regulations. Record basic operational information when necessary and collaborate in the coordination of the team on-site. Skills and qualifications Experience in concrete work, including preparation and execution support tasks. Experience in concrete work and mixing process control is valued. Ability to work with technical judgment and follow production and site instructions. Ability to handle office automation at a user level (basic documentation management, records, and communications). A responsible attitude, teamwork, and commitment to the quality of the result. Having training in occupational risk prevention and/or experience in industrial environments will be valued.
