We are looking for a CAPEX Finance Specialist to join a strategic project within a renowned multinational company in the hospitality sector. The selected person will integrate into the Finance team, collaborating closely with technical teams and international stakeholders, providing support for the financial management of investments and fixed assets.

What you'll do

Main duties

- Accounting management of fixed assets and CAPEX projects.

- Analysis and execution of capitalization processes.

- Management and monitoring of Assets Under Construction (AUC).

- Asset classification and review of useful lives.

- Validation and review of accounting records and asset balances.

- Management of asset disposals.

- Performance of balance sheet reconciliations related to fixed assets.

- Review and resolution of GR/IR items linked to CAPEX projects.

- Identification and correction of issues in historical projects.

- Support for audit, compliance, and financial reporting processes.

- Collaboration with international teams and different business areas.

- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in positions related to Finance and Accounting.

- Accounting reconciliations.

- Asset Accounting.

- Knowledge of IFRS standards.

- Experience participating in audits and compliance processes.

- Proficiency in financial ERPs.
