Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to interact with advanced technologies and innovative processes that transform the global logistics sector.Functions:Guarantee an excellent candidate experience by providing logistical and administrative support throughout the entire selection process, across different functions and geographies.

Provide support to the TA Partner and the Attraction Specialist in selection activities when necessary.

Manage the interview and assessment calendar, coordinating candidates with hiring managers.

Initiate background check processes and due diligence activities prior to onboarding, where applicable.

Create and file hiring documentation and update new employee data in the corresponding systems, for example, Workday.

Coordinate with external providers and with other functions outside of HR, when necessary.

Manage the recruitment platform.

Provide occasional support in employer branding activities, such as job fairs, social media campaigns, etc.
