Languages: B2 level of English and knowledge of Basque is highly valued.

The role

At Adecco, we are selecting an After-Sales Service (SAC) Quotation Technician to join Ulma Packaging, a leading company in packaging solutions located in an industrial setting where you will be able to develop yourself in a dynamic environment with learning opportunities.

What you'll do

Prepare technical quotations for adaptations (and in some cases for complex spare parts, if applicable) requested by customers, studying their technical feasibility as well as their economic valuation.
Manage the portfolio of pending and ongoing quotations, performing correct prioritization and weighting of the same.
Keep the annual "price list and options" for adaptations updated, as well as the information bases of the quotation management tool and platform (CRM).
Collaborate with the Sales and external Service teams in the definition, defense, and promotion of solutions (even visiting Customers, when appropriate).
Provide support to the rest of the Service team in performing other tasks specific to the area, when necessary.
Interact directly with the external Sales network, Service, and end Customers, for the management of adaptation quotations (and spare parts if applicable).
