Financial Consultant - Bilbao

In this project you will have the opportunity to develop as a specialist in wealth planning, building your own client portfolio and offering solutions in savings, investment and personal financial management. We work exclusively with financial products and personal insurance capable of meeting the real needs of each client.

What do we offer you?

• Permanent contract from the start.
• Fixed salary + unlimited commissions.
• Structured career plan, with ongoing training and official certifications (MIFID II and CNMV).
• Specialized training and support in collaboration with Pompeu Fabra University.
• Compensation model with a significant variable component, linked to results.

• Working hours from Monday to Friday (Friday with continuous working day ALWAYS)

Requirements we are looking for

• University degree, and if it is a foreign degree, it must be officially recognized or in the process of recognition.
• Previous experience in sales or advisory services (this experience will be positively valued).
• Clear customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to acquire and manage clients.

Requisitos que buscamos

• Titulación universitaria, y en caso de ser extranjera, debe estar homologada o en proceso de homologación.
• Experiencia previa en ventas o asesoramiento (valoraremos positivamente esta experiencia).
• Clara orientación al cliente y excelentes habilidades comunicativas.
• Capacidad para la captación y gestión de clientes.
