Financial Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

We need to hire a Financial Functional Consultant with at least six years of experience in ERP implementation projects and five years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The position contemplates a professional level between Associate Manager and Manager.

The selected person will analyze the organization's processes and systems, evaluate the current situation, and identify client requirements to define the business solution and its integration with technology.

Likewise, they will lead design and implementation activities in different financial areas of Dynamics 365 Finance for Spain, including accounting processes, closings, reporting, financial data migration, and integrations with other systems. They will also perform research, information gathering, and synthesis tasks.

• At least six years of experience as a Financial Functional Consultant in ERP implementation projects.
• At least five years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance for Spain.
• Ability to lead design and implementation activities in the following financial areas:
• General Accounting —General Ledger, GL—.
• Chart of accounts and financial dimensions.
• Accounts Payable —Accounts Payable, AP—.
• Accounts Receivable —Accounts Receivable, AR—.
• Fixed assets.
• Cash and bank management.
• Intercompany processes.
• Financial reporting and closing processes.
• Migration of financial master data and opening balances.
• Design of integrations affecting financial processes, such as Human Resources and Payroll, banking, and purchasing.
• Spanish level C2.
• English level B2+ / C1.
• Availability to make fewer than five trips per year to Madrid.

• Knowledge of functional design preparation.
• Knowledge of business process design.
• Ability to work in an international and multi-country environment, especially with France, Spain, and Portugal.
