What we're looking for
- University degree or completed Higher Level Vocational Training.
- Valid MiFID II certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Consultant, Financial Agent, or in similar positions.
- High commercial orientation and ability to generate relationships of trust with clients and intermediaries.
- Analytical capacity and experience in the interpretation and monitoring of business data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge and skills in the use of Artificial Intelligence tools for information analysis, preparation of commercial proposals, automation of administrative tasks, and improvement of individual and team productivity.
- English level B2 or higher.

- Experience in the use of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other equivalent solutions) applied to commercial or financial environments.

The role
Financial Consultant (COFI) - Alicante / Murcia
At the Allianz Securities Agency, we are looking for a Financial Consultant (COFI) for the Alicante and Murcia area, who wants to be part of the Commercial area, contributing to the growth of the Wealth Management business and adding value to our distribution network. We are looking for a person with a commercial spirit, results orientation, and a passion for financial advisory, capable of driving business development and generating long-term relationships of trust with clients and intermediaries.
What you'll do
- Market Investment Funds and savings and investment solutions among clients and potential clients.
- Drive the development of the Wealth Management business in the provinces of Alicante and Murcia.
- Promote, develop, and support the Financial Agents in the area to boost their commercial activity.
- Provide training support and technical-commercial advice to the internal and external network regarding financial products.
- Provide commercial and operational support in the daily activity of the distribution network.
- Monitor commercial campaigns, objectives, and business results.
- Analyze commercial data and indicators to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with different areas of the company to guarantee an excellent client and intermediary experience.
