Requirements

What we're looking for

- Diploma or degree in Business Sciences or Economics.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position as Accountant-Tax Specialist, preferably in an accounting firm or tax advisory practice.

- Advanced command of the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC).

- Knowledge of the Factusol and Contasol packages (invoicing and accounting).

- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

The role

At Adecco, we collaborate with a company dedicated to the rental of real estate properties (Rental and operating of own or leased real estate) that is seeking an Accountant and Tax Specialist for its offices in Majadahonda.

Job mission

What you'll do

Reporting directly to Management, the selected candidate will be responsible for the proper accounting and tax management of the company, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal obligations, including taxes and accounting closings.

Main duties

- Daily bookkeeping and entry of accounting journal entries.

- Comprehensive management of invoicing, sending invoices, and monitoring collections.

- Daily recording and reconciliation of bank transactions.

- Analysis, reconciliation, and control of accounting accounts.

- Preparation and filing of taxes, accounting books, and annual accounts.

- Preparation of monthly closings.

- Generation of files and reports with accounting information.

- Filing and maintenance of administrative and accounting documentation.

How you'll work

- Full-time position (40 hours per week).

- Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (on-site).

- 2.5 hours (in the afternoon) daily in remote work mode.

- Workplace in Majadahonda (Madrid).
