Requirements

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
  • Minimum professional experience of 3 years in a similar position as a Tax Accountant (experience in an accounting firm or consultancy would be positively valued)
  • Advanced mastery of the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC)
  • Versatile profile, capable of adapting to the daily needs of the company

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the Factusol and Contasol packages (Invoicing and Accounting) would be positively valued

The role

We are looking for a Tax Accounting Technician for the real estate sector in the west of Madrid. This position will focus on accounting and tax management, ensuring regulatory compliance and the correct preparation of financial reports.

  • Family business located in the western area of Madrid

What you'll do

  • Daily bookkeeping and entry of accounting entries
  • Invoicing management, sending invoices, and management of collections
  • Daily recording and reconciliation of bank movements
  • Analysis, reconciliation, and control of accounting accounts
  • Preparation and filing of Taxes, Accounting Books, and Annual Accounts
  • Management of monthly closings
  • Preparation of files with accounting information
  • Filing and maintenance of documentation

How you'll work

  • Permanent contract
  • Start time from 08:30h, with some flexibility, and a 40-hour work week. Intensive schedule on Fridays
