Accounting Administrator

At onhunters, we are looking for an Accounting Administrator to join a major company in the real estate sector located in Madrid (Barajas).

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring different processes within the accounting area, ensuring the correct control of payments, collections, bank reconciliations, and taxes. Additionally, you will participate in accounting closings, documentation review, and the preparation of financial information, working in a coordinated manner with other areas of the company and with external consultancy.

• Manage and monitor payments and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and control movements.
• Record and review invoices and accounting operations.
• Manage and monitor VAT and taxes.
• Control balances, maturities, and accounting incidents.
• Provide support in accounting closings and the preparation of financial information.
• Review and control accounting documentation.
• Prepare reports and controls using Excel.
• Coordinate with other areas of the company and with external consultancy.

📌 Minimum requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting positions.
• Experience in payments, collections, bank reconciliations, and taxes.
• Good command of Excel.
• An organized, methodical, and rigorous person, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.

🔎 Desirable requirements

• Experience using Prinex.
• Previous experience in the real estate or construction sector.
• Knowledge of other ERP or accounting management software.
