Shop Assistant

At Adecco, we are selecting a Shop Assistant to join a leading company in the telecommunications sector located in Banyoles.

We are looking for a person with a vocation for service, good customer relations, and the ability to work autonomously.

What will your duties be?

- Customer service and advice in the shop.

- Resolution of incidents and inquiries related to products and services.

- Support in the basic configuration of mobile devices and standard management tasks.

- Promotion and sale of products, services, and current commercial campaigns.

- Opening and closing of the shop according to the established schedule.

- Inventory monitoring and maintenance of the establishment's order.

- Daily management of the shop with autonomy and responsibility.

What are we looking for?

- Experience in customer service, retail, commerce, reception, or similar public-facing positions.

- Catalan is essential.

- Good communication skills and customer orientation.

- Ability to resolve incidents and offer solutions efficiently.

- Responsible, organized, and proactive person.

- Residence in Banyoles or nearby municipalities.

- Schedule: - From Monday to Friday from 9:30 h to 13:30 h and from 17:00 h to 20:00 h.

- Saturdays from 9:30 h to 13:30 h.

Quines seran les teves funcions?

- Atenció i assessorament als clients de la botiga.

- Resolució d'incidències i consultes relacionades amb productes i serveis.

- Suport en la configuració bàsica de dispositius mòbils i gestions habituals.

- Promoció i venda de productes, serveis i campanyes comercials vigents.

- Obertura i tancament de la botiga segons l'horari establert.

- Seguiment de l'inventari i manteniment de l'ordre de l'establiment.

- Gestió diària de la botiga amb autonomia i responsabilitat.

Què busquem?

- Experiència en atenció al client, botiga, comerç, recepció o posicions similars de cara al públic.

- Català imprescindible.

- Bones habilitats comunicatives i orientació al client.

- Capacitat per resoldre incidències i oferir solucions de manera eficient.

- Persona responsable, organitzada i amb iniciativa.

- Residència a Banyoles o municipis propers.
