EN - Press Brake Operator Ripoll

We are looking for a Press Brake Operator with practical experience in metal transformation environments to join a company in the industrial sector in Ripoll.

Their duties will be:

• Operation and control of CNC press brakes for the manufacture of metal parts in short production runs.
• Preparation, start-up and shutdown of the machinery.
• Changing and adjusting tooling, punches and dies according to production specifications.
• Reading technical drawings and manufacturing orders.
• Verification and quality control of manufactured parts using callipers, tape measures and other dimensional control instruments.
• Monitoring the bending process and compliance with established quality standards.
• Basic machine maintenance and keeping the workstation tidy and clean.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with CNC press brakes or similar metal transformation machinery.
• Knowledge of reading drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in dimensional control and part verification.
• Ability to perform basic adjustments to machinery and tooling.
• Experience in small workshops or production environments with varied manufacturing and short series is valued.
• Proactive, responsible person with the ability to learn.
• Practical experience in sheet metal work, metal plate or industrial bending will be especially valued.

• Permanent contract.
• Morning shift schedule from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Salary according to experience and skills brought to the role.
• Company closed for holidays from August 1 to 21.

Busquem un/a Operari/ària de Plegadora amb experiència pràctica en entorns de transformació metàl·lica per incorporar-se a una empresa del sector industrial a Ripoll.

Les seves funcions seran:

• Operació i control de plegadores CNC per a la fabricació de peces metàl·liques en produccions curtes.
• Preparació, posada en marxa i aturada de la maquinària.
• Canvi i ajust d'utillatges, punxons i matrius segons les especificacions de producció.
• Interpretació de plànols tècnics i ordres de fabricació.
• Verificació i control de qualitat de les peces fabricades mitjançant peu de rei, cinta mètrica i altres instruments de control dimensional.
• Seguiment del procés de plegat i compliment dels estàndards de qualitat establerts.
• Manteniment bàsic de la màquina i manteniment de l'ordre i neteja del lloc de treball.

• Experiència mínima de 6 mesos treballant amb plegadores CNC o maquinària similar de transformació metàl·lica.
• Coneixements en interpretació de plànols i documentació tècnica.
• Experiència en control dimensional i verificació de peces.
• Capacitat per realitzar ajustos bàsics de maquinària i utillatges.
• Valorable experiència en tallers petits o entorns de producció amb fabricacions variades i sèries curtes.
• Persona proactiva, responsable i amb capacitat d'aprenentatge.
• Es valorarà especialment l'experiència pràctica en treballs de caldereria, xapa metàl·lica o plegat industrial.

• Horari torn mati de 6h a 14h
