The role

Would you like to lead a production team within an industrial company in the automotive sector and actively participate in improving plant processes?

We are looking for a Production Manager with experience in an industrial environment to join a stable project with career growth opportunities.

The selected candidate will report directly to Plant Management and will play a key role in coordinating production resources, managing teams, and driving continuous improvement of operations. What will your mission be?

What you'll do

Ensure compliance with production, quality, service, safety, and cost objectives, leading the plant's production organization and contributing to the optimization of industrial processes. Main responsibilities

. Lead and coordinate the activity of the production area.

. Directly manage a team made up of 1 Production Supervisor and 3 Team Leaders or Team Managers, fostering the development and performance of their collaborators.

. Ensure proper sizing of production resources to meet manufacturing schedules.

. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, service, and cost objectives.

. Monitor industrial KPIs and propose improvement actions to increase efficiency and performance (OEE).

. Drive continuous improvement and process optimization projects.

. Coordinate resource availability together with Plant Management and HR.

. Promote cross-training and development of production teams.

. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.

. Implement and promote organization and efficiency methodologies such as 5S.

How you'll work

Full-time from Monday to Friday with a split shift, with flexible start and end times.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar.

Between 2 and 4 years of experience in positions of responsibility within industrial production.

Experience managing production teams.

Knowledge of industrial processes such as stamping, welding, forming, roll forming, or plastic injection.

SAP knowledge at user level.

English level B2.

Profile with leadership, initiative, organizational skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
