What you'll do

Functions- Review of P&IDs, specifications, and design documentation.

- Definition, design, and documentation of hydraulic test packs.

- Identification of test circuits and division of installations into test packages.

- Definition of test limits, test pressure, test fluid, and duration.

- Definition of filling, venting, draining, and pressurization points.

- Selection and identification of the instrumentation necessary for the tests.

- Definition of valves, isolations, blind flanges, spades/blinds, and temporary connections.

- Review of design pressure, operating pressure, and test pressure.

- Preparation and review of test limits drawings.

- Marking and validation of P&IDs and isometrics.

- Full preparation of test pack dossiers:- P&IDs

- Checklists

- Test records

- Punch lists

- Reinstatement records
