The role

Would you like to join a dynamic team and work in an environment full of energy and surrounded by nature? A well-known company in the hospitality sector is looking for 20 committed and responsible people to join their team as cleaning operatives at a campsite located in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to carry out essential tasks to ensure that the accommodations are spotless and ready to welcome new guests. From cleaning rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas, to checking bungalows and restocking consumables, your work will be key to offering a quality experience to visitors. In addition, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll do

- Perform complete and detailed cleaning of bungalows after guest departure, ensuring every corner is left in perfect condition.

- Clean rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas of the accommodations, following established quality standards.

- Change bed linens and towels, leaving everything ready for the next guests.

- Restock essential consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and basic kitchen utensils.

- Check the general condition of the bungalows, reporting any incidents or defects detected.

- Take care of the cleaning of terraces and exterior access to the accommodations.

- Strictly follow the hygiene, order, and quality protocols of the campsite, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.

- Coordinate with the reception or supervision team to meet customer check-in and check-out times.

- Use cleaning products and tools responsibly and appropriately.

- Support additional cleaning tasks in other areas of the campsite when necessary.
