• Vocational training in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or related areas (Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training).
• Demonstrable experience in industrial maintenance in a plant environment, with the ability to execute preventive and corrective tasks.
• Solid knowledge in mechanical maintenance (bearings, transmissions, alignments, adjustments) and reading blueprints.
• Technical competence in industrial electrical maintenance: panels, protections, wiring, and basic diagnosis.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including leak detection, component review, and fine-tuning.
• Ability to interpret diagrams and technical documentation, and to work with measurement and diagnostic tools.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to comply with maintenance plans and quality standards.
• Availability to work in shifts or on a flexible schedule according to production needs.

• A driver's license or training in occupational risk prevention and safe work in industrial environments is valued.

• Manage spare parts and consumables associated with interventions, ensuring traceability and availability.
• Record actions in the maintenance system (work orders, history, and evidence) to facilitate monitoring.
