Job description

The initial contract will run until March 7, 2027, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff. In addition, at Adecco

Currently, we are looking for warehouse operators with disabilities for an important logistics platform located in Valdemoro. If you are eager to work, learn, and be part of a committed team, this is your opportunity!

From day one, you will have a stable contract: you will start with a 6-month contract with the possibility of continuing indefinitely.

You will work on a fixed morning or afternoon shift, from Monday to Sunday with two days off per week according to the roster.

Morning shift: from 07:30 to 16:00

Afternoon shift: 16:00 to 22:00,

Additionally, you will not have to worry about transport: you will have free bus service to and from your workplace from different locations.

What are we looking for?

- You must hold a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33%.

- We value your experience in logistics, but if you are starting out, we will train you on the job with the support of your team.

- Having basic knowledge of IT tools will be positively valued.

- Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and commitment.

Your functions and responsibilities:

You will be in charge of performing tasks such as order preparation, picking, packing, product classification and placement, strapping of goods and depalletization, palletizing, replenishment of materials, gift wrapping and incident resolution, loading and unloading of goods, among others.
