Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8-15hrs and Fridays from 8 to 14hrs in July and August. The rest of the year from 8 to 18hrs Monday to Thursday and Fridays from 8 to 14hrs.
We are looking to hire an organized, responsible person with initiative to manage the warehouse at our headquarters in Torrejón de Ardoz. Their main mission will be to ensure the correct reception, storage, control, and dispatch of construction materials, guaranteeing the availability and traceability necessary for the proper development of works.
-Reception, unloading, and verification of materials (quantity and condition), cross-checking against orders and delivery notes.
-Location, organization, and preservation of material in the warehouse.
-Preparation, packaging, and dispatch of materials to worksites, subcontractors, or suppliers.
-Inventory control and communication of incidents or shortages to the purchasing manager.
-Loading and unloading of trucks using a forklift and/or overhead crane.
-Recording of warehouse movements and updating of documentation (delivery notes, shipping notes).
-Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse in accordance with occupational risk prevention regulations.
Disability Certificate
Previous experience in a warehouse, preferably in an industrial or construction environment.
A methodical, autonomous person with the ability to coordinate with other departments.
