Requirements

What we're looking for

If you are a resourceful person, with experience in gardening construction and a desire to continue growing professionally, we want to meet you. Join our team and participate in the creation of high-quality green spaces.

Between 3 and 5 years of experience in gardening works, landscaping, or similar positions.

Valid B driver's license.

Experience in handling machinery and tools specific to gardening construction.

20-hour training in the second cycle of Gardening.

6-hour training in Earthmoving.

Phytosanitary product applicator license, qualified level.

Ability to interpret blueprints and perform setting out.

Knowledge of irrigation installations and planting techniques.

Experience in coordinating work on-site and supporting construction teams.

Nice to have

Training and experience in working at heights and handling mobile elevating work platforms (MEWP) is valued.

We are looking for a Gardening Construction Tradesperson to join our team in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid). The selected person will participate in the execution of gardening, urbanization, and landscaping works, taking responsibility for specialized tasks and collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure the correct execution of projects.

What you'll do

Duties

The duties of the position include

Execution of gardening and landscaping construction works.

Ground preparation through earthmoving, leveling, and surface conditioning.

Planting of trees, shrubs, ornamental plants, and lawn sowing.

Installation and maintenance of automated irrigation systems.

Interpretation of plans, sketches, and site layouts.

Installation of curbs, paving, urban furniture, and other gardening elements.

Handling of specialized machinery and tools for the execution of works.

Application of phytosanitary treatments and pest control when necessary.

Carrying out pruning and specialized maintenance work.

Organization of assigned tasks, guaranteeing quality and compliance with established deadlines.

Ensure compliance with safety and occupational risk prevention regulations.
