Plastic Operator

We are looking for a person with experience in industrial environments to join the production team of a company dedicated to the manufacture of plastic film.

Main duties The selected person will be responsible for preparing, starting up and controlling the extrusion machines to transform the raw material (granulate) into plastic film.

Their tasks will include: Preparing and adjusting the machinery according to production orders.

Loading the raw material into the silos.

Controlling production parameters (temperature, pressure and melting speed).

Supervising product quality, checking sizes, thicknesses and possible defects.

Removing, handling and packaging the finished product.

Ensuring the correct operation of the production line.

Salary: €11.65/hour

Working hours

Weekly rotating shifts from Monday to Thursday:

6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Experience in industrial or production environments.

Basic knowledge of industrial processes.

Ability to interpret work orders.

A responsible, observant person with a willingness to learn.

Busquem una persona amb experiència en entorns industrials per incorporar-se a l'equip de producció, d'una empresa dedicada a la fabricació de film plàstic.

Funcions principals La persona seleccionada serà responsable de preparar, posar en marxa i controlar les màquines d'extrusió per transformar la matèria primera (granza) en film plàstic.

Entre les seves tasques hi haurà: Preparar i ajustar la maquinària segons les ordres de producció.

Carregar la matèria primera als silos.

Controlar els paràmetres de producció (temperatura, pressió i velocitat de fusió).

Supervisar la qualitat del producte, controlant mides, gruixos i possibles defectes.

Retirar, manipular i empaquetar el producte acabat.

Vetllar pel correcte funcionament de la línia de producció.

Salari: 11,65 €/hora

Horari

Torns rotatius setmanals de dilluns a dijous:

06:00 h a 14:00 h

14:00 h a 22:00 h

Divendres: 06:00 h a 14:00 h

Experiència en entorns industrials o de producció.

Coneixements bàsics de processos industrials.

Capacitat per interpretar ordres de treball.

Persona responsable, observadora i amb ganes d'aprendre.
