The role
Job description
At Adecco, we are looking for an Installation Operator dedicated to the disposal of non-hazardous waste, located in the Bajo Deba area.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and controlling the entry and exit of trucks during loading and unloading operations.
- Performing tidying and cleaning tasks at the facilities.
- Supporting basic maintenance tasks and small repairs.
- Carrying out brush clearing, collection of scattered waste, and cleaning of access roads.
- Collaborating in support tasks for the treatment plant.
- Contributing to the proper functioning and general conservation of the facility.

Requirements
- Work experience and/or training in an industrial environment.
- Vehicle is essential to access the facilities.
- Civil engineering experience and/or experience in forestry work, forest maintenance, gardening, field work, or similar activities carried out outdoors is valued.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and/or electricity and/or mechanics is valued.
- Accustomed to performing activities in outdoor environments and carrying out varied tasks related to the maintenance and conservation of facilities.
