The role

Can you imagine being in charge of the pace of a machine, adjusting parameters and making sure everything works as it should during full production?

Do you like working with machinery, understanding how it works and playing an active role in the production process?

A well-known company in the manufacturing sector, located in La Selva del Camp, is looking for operators specialized in the plastics sector to join their team.

If you have experience in production, especially in the plastics sector, and you are looking for a new professional challenge, this is your opportunity. In addition, if you have a forklift license and experience using it, that will be a plus!

What you'll do

Threading, changing and adjusting parameters on the machines.
Preparing and setting up machinery for different production processes.
Cleaning filters and performing basic maintenance on the equipment.
Changing materials and loading additives into machines and hoppers.
Removing reels and loading mandrels to ensure the continuity of the production process.
Supervising the quality of the final product and detecting any possible issues.

Requirements

Availability to work on a rotating schedule, including the 4th shift (7-2, 7-2, 7-3).
Previous experience in production, preferably in the plastics sector.
Own vehicle to travel to the workplace, as it cannot be reached by public transport.
