The role

Leading global manufacturer of components for railway and commercial vehicles, seeking to hire a Team Leader for its production line.

Currently, due to internal needs at its Navalcarnero center, they need to hire a Team Leader in the department with experience in supporting the Line Coordinator in the various tasks associated with the production of assigned equipment, ensuring that activity is carried out in accordance with group policies.

What you'll do

Support to the Line Coordinator in the various tasks associated with the production of assigned equipment with the required quality.
Management and organization of personnel and production
Ensure that activity is carried out in accordance with Group policies, and HSE Health and Safety rules and policies
Effective organization of work

How you'll work

Availability to work in schedules from 8:30 to 18:30 and from 10:30 to 20:00, Monday to Friday.
